About Miss Callie

Miss Callie or as my son likes to call her ” My sweet girl” is so very sweet and loving and of course a lot of fun! I would like to say that she is my dog but that would not be true. She 100% belongs to my 5-year-old son David. My son has always put up a fight going to bed. He is scared of the dark and his room is upstairs and ours is downstairs. Ever since Callie has been sleeping with him it has been smooth sailing. They race each other up the stairs at night. Of course, she wins because she has long legs that clear 3 steps at once! She lays on his bed the entire night and does not move. It is like she can sense that he needs her. When she is not protecting David from monsters she is playing fetch or she is relaxing in her favorite leather recliner or chasing my other 3 doods around. All of my doodles hold a special place in my heart but I will be forever grateful for what she has done for David and this momma’s sanity!  LOL
