To begin the adoption process for a puppy from Good Day Doodles, please fill out, sign and return this form. You will be asked to provide a deposit of $500 which will be applied towards the total purchase price of $3,500. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason other than in the event that a puppy cannot be provided to you. If you have committed to a litter and that litter has been born and there is a puppy for you and you decide to switch to another litter, you will be required to submit another NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The balance of $3,000 will be paid when the puppy is 5 weeks old. We do not take credit cards or PayPal for the final balance.
